2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser MoPower Performance ECU Flash (Non-Turbo)

While its non-turbo 2.4L engine was reliable, the factory calibration focused on fuel economy and low-octane compatibility, leaving performance on the table. Important – ECU Core Requirement

The 2003 PT Cruiser ECU was a one-year-only design. To run our calibration, you must provide a 2004–2005 PT Cruiser ECU core. Ship us your working ECU, we’ll flash it with the MoPower calibration, and ship it back. We do not stock ECU cores.

Dyno-Tested & Street-Proven

Our calibration process begins with a stock file, then we carefully adjust timing, fuel, and open-loop triggers. On the dyno, we fine-tune horsepower, torque, and AFR to deliver safe yet noticeable gains. E85 and race gas testing typically nets an extra 5–10 fwhp beyond pump gas performance.
