At Mo-Power Calibrations LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the specialized nature of our products and services, the following Refund Policy applies:
1. Services (ECU/PCM Flashing, Tuning, and Calibration)

All services provided (including Flash to Stock, ECU/PCM tuning, or calibration work) are non-refundable once performed.

This includes situations where a customer later decides they no longer want the service, or the results do not meet personal expectations.
2. Electronic Products (ECUs, PCMs, and Related Hardware)

Due to the sensitive nature of automotive electronics, returns are not accepted once the product has been installed or used.

If the item is defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 business days for evaluation. At our discretion, we may provide repair, replacement, or store credit.
3. Digital Goods (Software, Licenses, Tunes)

All sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on items sent back for evaluation or replacement (if applicable).
