Important – ECU Core Requirement

The 2003 Dodge Neon ECU was a one-year-only unit. To flash our calibration, you must provide a 2004–2005 Neon ECU core. You will need to ship us your working 04–05 ECU so we can apply the MoPower flash and return it. We do not stock ECU cores.
